Every business is different, that’s why we have a process in place to help us discover everything we need to know to work together successfully.

Getting started

We understand that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to marketing and web design, that’s why we take the time to get to know everything about the businesses we work with before getting started. Here we explain a little more about our approach and process before getting stuck into a new project…

Step 1 – Understand

To ensure we do the best job, we need to gain a thorough understanding of your business.

Step 2 – Analyse & Plan

We’ll dig into stats, competitor analysis and any necessary research to help us set new goals.

Step 3 – Set Up

After creating a plan, we’ll take the time to make sure everything is set up correctly.

Step 4 – Campaign Launch

Once everything is planned, setup and launched, the hard work is with us.


To ensure we do the best job, we need to fully understand your business. We’ll work with you to answer some key questions that will help us plan for success – from learning about your values, your ideal customer, and who your key competitors are.

As part of this step, we often recommend carrying out a brand workshop. This allows us to take a deep dive into your existing brand and discover how you really want to be perceived in the world. This guides us in creating your new brand and ensures it is clear and consistent across all areas of your business.

Analyse & Plan

Everything we do in step 1 is designed to help us understand your business and brand. We’ll then use this information to review your current position in the market and identify how we can improve this. We’ll dig into the stats, carry out competitor analysis, and research your target audience.

We’ll then use this research to create a custom plan to suit your goals, and decide where best to focus our efforts. Depending on the project, we will provide a website timeline or marketing plan (or both) for the next 6-12 months. This will help you understand what we will be working on and the results you can expect.


Set Up

Once we have identified the best opportunities and mapped out your plan, we’ll take the time to make sure everything is set up correctly. From ensuring your website is fully optimised and user-friendly, to setting up analytics, ad accounts, shopping feeds or social media profiles, we’ll do whatever is required to put your plan into action without delay.

This step often requires a period of intensive collaboration to get things in place, but once the initial set up is done we’ll take the reins and keep things running smoothly to support your business growth and achieve your goals.


Campaign Launch

With everything planned out and fully set up, we’ll launch your campaigns and work hard to get some quick wins. We’ll then keep a close eye on your campaigns and optimise them over time to make sure you’re always getting the best results for your budget. We’ll report back regularly to keep you up to date on the progress being made.

Completing these steps in order gives us the best chance of success. Of course, sometimes things don’t always go to plan – this is why we always keep you in the loop. If we think a campaign is underperforming and needs a change of direction, we’ll discuss that with you and adapt our approach.
